"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending”
C.S. Lewis

What I offer
I start with a client centred approach, giving you full autonomy and control of what you want to share in the session. I offer empathy and a safe space for you to share what has brought you to counselling. I will do my best to be authentic, honest and try to understand the problem from your perspective. As an Integrative Counsellor, I often use creative interventions (if you are comfortable with this) and draw on various modalities to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. When working with couples, I use a Relational approach.
I cover issues such as
Anxiety ~ Depression ~ Panic Attacks ~ Abuse (Past and Current) ~ Bereavement ~ Coping Skills ~ Domestic Violence ~ Eating Disorders ~ Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) ~ Anger ~ Relationship Issues ~ Bullying ~ Self Esteem ~ Self-Harming ~ Sleep / Insomnia ~ Spirituality ~ Stress ~ Suicidal Ideation ~ Women's Issues
