What I offer

I start with a Person-Centred approach, giving you full autonomy and control of what you want to share in the session. As an integrative counsellor, I often use creative interventions (if you are comfortable with this) and draw on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Counselling, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Interpersonal Therapy and Systemic Relational  approaches when working with couples. These tools can be useful in exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviors
